CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reservations without prepayment can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup date or according to the terms and conditions of your reservation. Cancellations must be requested on the Avis.com website, or if unavailable, on the website where you made your reservation, or by calling customer service at 800-352-7900.
• Prepaid reservations can be canceled, but the process must be handled through the website or agency where you made the purchase, and the refund is at their discretion.
• Prepaid reservations with Avis El Salvador cannot be modified.
• Reservations without prepayment can be modified up to 24 hours before pickup.
