To be protected against misleading or false advertising.

To be protected against the risks of receiving products or services that may endanger their life, health, or personal safety.

Not to have a contract extended or renewed without their written consent.

To be educated and informed about how to organize consumer associations to defend their rights and interests.

To be protected against unfair contract clauses and abusive practices that harm consumers.

To withdraw from or cancel a contract under the terms established by the Consumer Protection Law.
